This music collaboration is built around some of the best RVA musicians. The music scene in Richmond, VA has revolved to be one of the upcoming best independent music scenes on the east coast. Members of Modern Groove Syndicate, Former Champions, The Big Payback, and The New Belgians were messing around and decided to jam out at their favorite bar that was rated as one of the best beer selections in the country called Mekong Restaurant.
