Our Expectations of a Volunteer

We expect our volunteers to act professionally at all times while working our events. Remember you are representing our company and your actions reflect on us. You are vital to the success of Camp Barefoot 8 and we couldn’t put this event on without you.

Criteria for becoming a Volunteer

  • Must be 18 years and older
  • Must be able to arrive on Wednesday August 20, 2014 before 7 p.m.
  • Is required to work two 7 hour shifts (1 day, 1 night) unless you choose Post Festival Cleanup
  • Everyone is required to pay a $15 Application Fee via Paypal
  • New Volunteers are  required to submit a REFUNDABLE deposit  of $130 dollars to Stanlee Ventures, LLC. via Paypal

DEPOSIT POLICYAnyone who has never worked as a Stanlee Ventures/Camp Barefoot volunteer, or has failed to report to a scheduled volunteer position in previous years without notifying Stanlee Ventures, must pay the REFUNDABLE deposit via Paypal.  After completing your shifts you will be refunded the $130 within 3 weeks after the event. .

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS– Notification of cancellation for Camp Barefoot 7 must be received by 5:00pm EST on August 1, 2014. New volunteers, who cancel after that date or fail to successfully complete any volunteer shift, will not be refunded by  Stanlee Ventures, LLC.

Post Festival Clean Up Option

Want the benefits of helping without missing any of the music? We have a spot for you! There are a limited number of spots to help with Post Festival Clean Up. One long shift with incentives until the work is done (max 10 hours) on Sunday August 24, 2014.

If you accept all of these conditions CLICK ON THE FOLLOWING LINK TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT AND APPLICATION FEE. You will be charged $145. You will be refunded $130 within 3 weeks after completing all of your shifts. Once you have paid your application fee you will see a link to the application.



If you accept all of these conditions you will click on the following link which will guide you to a form to fill out then you will be notified by the Volunteer Director who will send you the link to pay your $15 application fee.
